Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Talent Intelligence Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Talent Intelligence Platform is an AI-powered recruitment intelligence platform that provides CV/resume parsing, candidate matching, pipeline analytics, and related recruitment tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis to recruitment agencies and employers.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload malicious files or content designed to exploit the system
  • Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent security controls
  • Use the Service for purposes other than legitimate recruitment activities
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API access
  • Share API keys or credentials with unauthorised parties

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service, including CVs, job descriptions, and candidate information. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service.

6. Data processing

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you authorise us to process data as described therein. For EU/UK customers, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

7. API keys

  • API keys are issued per tenant and expire after 90 days
  • You are responsible for keeping API keys confidential
  • Compromised keys should be rotated immediately via the dashboard
  • We may revoke API keys that are used in violation of these terms

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Intelligence Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
